Children with specific educational needs, identified either prior to entry or during their time at the school, are given additional support from the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). These children have an Individual Education Plan designed to accommodate measurement of achievable targets. The SENCO works with the teachers, child and parents to monitor progress and offer advice and support. In the event that the child requires individual specialist tuition this is given by the SENCO who is fully qualified to deliver a wide range of intervention programmes.

Specialist tuition is also available for pupils who need support transferring between two education systems. Individual lessons incur an additional charge.
