The Headmistress is Jane Cameron, the Deputy Head (Administrative) is David Gee and the Deputy Head (Academic) is Mark Maddocks. The School Bursar is Caroline Armstrong, the School Administrator/Headmistress's PA is Julia Devlin.

The teaching staff is selected on the basis of experience, commitment to the ethos of the school and proven ability to motivate children and inspire learning. In the Lower school subjects are mainly taught by teachers supported by classroom assistants. In the Middle and Upper schools teaching is largely subject-based and designated specialist teachers co-ordinate the school's curriculum. Drama, Music, French and Sport are taught by specialist teachers throughout the school. Specialist Art instruction is given from Year 3. Individual music lessons are taught by specialist peripatetic teachers.
